RB & Associates Ltd have had the pleasure of working with an International Oil & Gas company. We have been part of the Competency Management Team and have provided assessment and IQA staff to their sites in Europe and the Middle East.
Our main role was to ensure that first line Supervisors/Team Leaders achieved the SQA Team Leading & Management qualifications by undertaking workplace assessment. Working in conjunction with the candidate, their line managers and their teams, we were able to successfully complete all assigned candidates on time and on budget.
Working with individual limited companies, we have delivered Assessor & IQA training in line with current expectations as detailed by SQA. These allow the assessors and IQAs (verifiers) to assess and verify their own disciplines internationally.
The IQA qualification can be undertaken by qualified assessors as part of their continuing professional development (CPD). It is often agreed that doing this enhances the assessor's assessment technique due to the added understanding of the next stage of the process.
RB & Associates Ltd have had the opportunity to carry out internal audits and 3rd party audits for clients in 14 different countries. We do this with our team of fully trained and qualified Auditors. These audits are carried out to international standards including those for Competence Management Systems and Quality Management Systems.
We have been responsible for the design and delivery of a number of training workshops from Customer Service, Communications, Soft Skills to Work/Life Balance, Teams and Team Working and Managing Meetings to name a few. We have been able to deliver these workshops both onshore and offshore as well as within the UK and Internationally.
